you use AOL Mail: |
| 1. |
Open the email featuring the email
address you wish to add to your address book. |
| 2. |
If you click on the email address you wish to add to your address
book, a small box will pop up. At the right-hand side of the box,
you will see the link “Add Contact”. Click on that link. |

Another small box will pop up with the info that will be added to
your address book. Add the info you’d like or simply leave the
box as it is. Click on the button that says “Add Contact”. |

| If
you use Yahoo! Mail: |
| 1. |
Once our email is open, click on
the “Add to Address Book” button, which is right next
to the sender’s email address at the top of the email. |

| 2. |
A box will pop up with the address book info.
Add your own info or leave the box as it is. Click on the button below
that says “Add to Address Book”. |

| If
you use Gmail: |
| 1. |
Open the email address featuring
the address you want to add to your book. |
| 2. |
On the left-hand side of the screen, you’ll see the link
“Contacts”. Click on that link. |

| 3. |
A new window will open. At the top left-hand side of the window,
you’ll see a button that shows a person and a plus sign. Click
on that button. |

| 4. |
Your next step is to enter all the info associated with that contact.
You can do this on the right-hand side of the page. Once you are done
putting in that info, click on “Save”. |

| If you
use Hotmail: |
| 1. |
Open the email featuring the address
you want to add to your book. |
| 2. |
Right next to the email address from the sender,
you’ll see two items: “Mark as Safe” and “Mark
as Unsafe”. Click on “Mark as Safe”. |

| 3. |
A new box will open. In that box, you will see the option of “Add
Contact”. Click on that link. Your contact is now added to your
book. |

|
| If you
use Outlook: |
| 1. |
Open your inbox and highlight our
email. |
| 2. |
Right click on the email and choose the “Junk
Email” option, and the sub option “Add Sender to Safe
Sender’s List”. |
