New Feature Lets Benchmark Email Clients Import Email Contacts From Salesforce
This new tool lets customers import email addresses, custom fields and other data from Salesforce into single or multiple email contact lists.
Long Beach, CA, July 15, 2009 – Benchmark Email, a leader in online email marketing solutions, has launched a tool that lets email marketing customers import their contacts from Salesforce. The feature allows customers to import over custom fields including physical addresses, customer traits and other data used to create targeted email, newsletter, ezine and video email campaigns.
"Salesforce is undoubtedly one of the most popular all-around CRM tools our customers use, so we're more than happy to introduce this great new feature," says Curt Keller, CEO of www.benchmarkemail.com. "This new tool not only saves our email marketers time, but it lets them flow their Salesforce contacts right into multiple lists stored on our email marketing service Website."
Customers who use the tool must first obtain a security token from Salesforce so that Benchmark Email can “grab” the data from the site. Once the security token is in the hands of the customer, they can log into their Benchmark Email account, activate the Salesforce feature at the click of a button, and immediately import their email marketing contacts into multiple lists, if needed. Benchmark Email also features a tool allowing clients to import their email contacts from AOL, Hotmail and Gmail accounts.
