If you have entered the correct ID and password and are unable to login the problem most likely lies with the cookie setting on your computer.

a. What are cookies?
Cookies are little pieces of data that can be stored on your web browser. Cookies are usually set by applications that are running on a web site you visit. The most common use of cookies are for visitor tracking, and limited customization. For tracking purposes, sites may place a cookie into your browser that is a simple time stamp, with that stamp they can monitor your trip through a site.

b. Why do we use cookies?
A "cookie" is a unique tag that is issued to the Internet customer and is used to identify individual computers. We use Cookies in our membership system to automatically log you in as a user. Cookies do not harm your computer in any way, they just help us as know who you are.

c. Are cookies a security threat?
No, cookies cannot access your system or retrieve information that isn't already broadcast by your web browser. Cookies cannot access your harddrive or send information about your computer system. Cookies are just simply a data storage system.

d. How do I enable my cookies?
To enable cookies, follow the instructions below for the browser version you are using.

Internet Explorer Version 6.X Opera Version 6.X

Internet Explorer Version 6.X

  1. Go to Tools on top of browser
  2. Choose Internet Options
  3. Click on the Security tab
  4. Move the slider to Medium.
  5. Click the Privacy tab.
  6. If you see a slider bar move it to medium
  7. Click the Advanced button.
  8. Put a check mark in the Box for "Override Automatic Cookie Handling"
  9. At the bottom, select the "Accept" option under First-party cookies, and put another check mark in the "Always allow session cookies" box

  10. Press OK

Internet Explorer Version 5.X

  1. Go to Tools on top of browser
  2. Choose Internet Options
  3. On bottom of list, go to Security tab
  4. Choose the Internet content zone
  5. Choose Custom Level
  6. Scroll down to Cookies in the list and choose either: Enable or Prompt
  7. Scroll down to Allow per-session cookies (not stored) in the list and choose either:
    Enable or Prompt before accepting cookies
  8. Press OK
  9. Press Apply
  10. Press OK

  1. Go to Edit on top of browser
  2. Choose Preferences on bottom of list
  3. Open the Privacy & Security menu on left hand side of box.
  4. On right hand side of box choose either:
    • Disable Cookies
    • Enable cookies for the originating web site only
    • Enable all cookies
  5. Press OK

  1. Go to Tools on top of browser
  2. Choose Options on bottom of list
  3. Open the Privacy menu on left hand side of box.
  4. On right hand side of box choose cookies
  5. Enable allow sites to set cookies
  6. Press OK

Netscape Navigator Version 7.X

  1. Go to Edit on top of browser
  2. Choose Preferences on bottom of list
  3. Open the Privacy & Security menu on left hand side of box.
  4. On right hand side of box choose either:
    • Disable Cookies
    • Enable cookies for the originating web site only
    • Enable cookies based on privacy settings
    • Enable all cookies
  5. Press OK

Netscape Navigator Version 6.X

  1. Go to Edit on top of browser
  2. Choose Preferences on bottom of list
  3. Open the Privacy & Security menu on left hand side of box.
  4. On right hand side of box choose either:
    • Disable Cookies
    • Enable cookies for the originating web site only
    • Enable all cookies
  5. Press OK


A.O.L. Browsers

  1. Go to My AOL on top of browser
  2. Choose Preferences
  3. Click the WWW icon
  4. Choose Security at the top
  5. Choose Custom Level
  6. Scroll down to Cookies in the list and choose either: Enable or Prompt
  7. Scroll down to Allow per-session cookies (not stored) in the list and choose either:
    Enable or Prompt before accepting cookies
  8. Press OK
  9. Press Apply
  10. Press OK


Opera Version 6.X

  1. Go to File on top of browser
  2. Choose Preferences on bottom of list
  3. Click on Privacy on left hand side of box.
  4. On right hand side of box check the " Enable cookies" checkbox.
  5. On right hand side of box select an option from the first drop-down list:
    • Do not accept cookies
    • Display received cookies
    • Accept only cookies from selected servers
    • Automatically accept all cookies
  6. On right hand side of box select an option from the second drop-down list:
    • Only accept cookies for the server
    • Do not accept third-party cookies
    • Display third-party cookies
    • Accept from any servers
  7. In addition, Opera also provides these options:
    • Throw away new cookies on exit
    • Display warning for illegal domains
    • Display warning for illegal path
  8. Press OK
