FreshBooks Integration for Benchmark Email

Import your FreshBooks contacts to your Benchmark account.

With our FreshBooks integration, you can integrate your FreshBooks CRM records with your Benchmark account. A simple solution to start sending email marketing campaigns to the contacts you’ve already established with FreshBooks.

Requirements:

  • FreshBooks Account

How to Integrate:

  • No download necessary
  • Easier than adding Salesforce contacts to your Benchmark account manually
  • No setup in Salesforce required

How to Integrate:

  • Log in to your Benchmark account
  • Click on Integration under My Account
  • Scroll down to FreshBooks
  • Insert your FreshBooks Site Name
  • Insert the FreshBooks API token. To find this, go to My Account in FreshBooks. Then, under your API setting, check the box for Enable API. Ignore the URL and just use the token.
  • You will be returned to the Third-Party Integration page. (You can scroll down to the Salesforce panel and click the Test Connection button to verify the connection status. Email addresses and names should appear in the box.)
  • Hit CONNECT.

Note:

  • You can Create New List or Add Contacts to a List.
  • Select the Import Contacts from a File option. Hit SAVE & ADD CONTACTS. If you picked Add Contacts to a List, you will check the box of the list you want to add to and click SAVE & NEXT.
  • Click the underlined text in the bullet point that reads “Click here if you with to import contacts from...”
  • Select FreshBooks and hit IMPORT LIST.
