Benchmark Email does not allow you to send attachments with your email messages.
Because many viruses come in the form of attachments, most Internet and email
service providers block bulk-type emails with standard attachments. We want you
to achieve the highest delivery and best email marketing reputation possible,
so we do not allow you to use attachments.
Another issue is the time it would take for us to analyze attachments. If
we allowed each customer to send attachments, we would need to inspect each
one to make sure it doesn't violate our terms of use. As you can imagine, it
would take far longer to set up and send a campaign when faced with this scenario.
- If you want your contacts to receive a file, we recommend that you upload
the file to your website and include a link in the email.
