Surveys are locked once they are live and cannot be edited.
If you publish a survey and later need to make changes, you can make a copy of the survey you published, make your changes, then republish the edited version. The old survey will stay published even when you publish the new version.
To copy an existing survey:
- Click the Reports tab
- Click Survey Reports
- Click the Reuse Survey icon
There are three icons to the right of each entry. The 'Reuse Survey' icon is the last icon.
- Enter the name for the copy of the Survey
- Click Save
After you click the Save, you will be shown the summary of the Survey.
