You must activate your autoresponders before it will begin sending emails.
To activate your Autoresponder:

Autoresponders
Click the
Activate This Autoresponder

Activate This Autoresponder

is the first icon before the name of the autoresponder in the listing. If your autoresponder is activated, this icon will change to the
Deactivate Autoresponder
icon
.
