To change the language of your footer text:

1. Go to My Account > My Account Settings.
2. In the Email Message Settings, select the language from the list.
3. Click on Save Changes

This will change the language in the header, footer and pages related to subscribe and forward for newly created email - meaning non-editable text areas.
