I can't log in to Benchmark. What should I do?

If you're having problems signing in to Benchmark, check the following:

  • Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after your username in the login screen.
  • Your browser must be set to accept cookies.
  • Make sure your browser is JavaScript enabled

If you forgot your username or password, click the links at the bottom of the login screen for "Forgot your Password?" Once you do that, Benchmark will send you an email with details to reset your password.
