What happens if I personalize my email and the field I use to do this is empty?
If the field that you attempted to merge into the body of the email does not have a value, it will not appear in the body of your email.
Note: The exception to this is the first name field. If this does not have a value, it will appear as 'subscriber' to your contacts.
