What is List Approval and how will it affect my email marketing campaigns?
List approval is our process to make sure each and every list is Opt-In. In other words, we may check to see if your contacts have given you permission to email them.
During this procedure, we may ask you for documentation to ensure that your list is permission based. Though the entire process is very subjective and some lists may be approved quickly without additional need for documentation, we may indeed request more information from you. Please note that if we ask for more documentation, it is not a reflection on your email marketing practices or business, but rather a way to confirm that you are using good email practices. If each one of our customers uses good email practices, we can keep our delivery rates at optimal levels.
