The "Opens by Location" represent the recipients who opened your campaign emails
This does not track the number of times your email was opened.
If your recipient opens an email from more than one location, the map will only show the location from which the email was last opened by the recipient.
In some cases the IP information is insufficient for Benchmark Email to locate the open on the map. If this happens the map does not include these records.
