Why did all of my email addresses not upload?
The most common reason that all of your email addresses may not be imported correctly is having duplicate email addresses in your file. Our system removes duplicate addresses in a file.

Incorrectly formatted email addresses will not be uploaded. If there are any entries in your file that are invalid email addresses, they will be ignored. An example of an invalid email address might be something like this: 'john_doehotmail.com.' This entry is missing the '@' symbol, and would get ignored. In some case we exclude suspicious emails like abuse@hotmail.com. We also filter out emails which are present in your master unsubscribe list or have asked Benchmark Email to block their emails.

Problems with the file itself can also cause some of your contacts not to be imported correctly.
