You cannot upload a PDF file of contacts into Benchmark Email. However, you can convert a PDF into a text document, which can then be uploaded into your contacts.

Note: This information applies to contacts within a table only and requires the full version of Adobe Acrobat.

To convert your PDF, follow these steps:

1. Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat.
2. Click File followed by Save As.
3. Select Save as Type: Text (Plain).
4. Save the document on your desktop for easy access.
5. Log into your Benchmark Email account and proceed to upload your list.
