Can my event registrants print tickets for themselves and their guests?

Yes! There are a few different ways that your registrants can view and print their tickets.

  1. Ticket purchasers are presented with the ability to download tickets via the purchase confirmation screen. Your registrants will be able to download, view and print tickets by simply clicking the Go To My Tickets button after completing the purchase process.
  2. Ticket purchasers receive confirmation emails shortly after the registration process is completed. The emails contain a download link for the purchased tickets. Once downloaded, the tickets can easily be viewed and printed.
  3. Ticket purchasers can log in to their ticket purchaser accountby navigating to https://ui.benchmarkemail.com/Eventlogin. Once logged in, the purchaser can click on My Tickets to view and download their tickets
  4. Ticket purchasers can contact Benchmark Support via chat, email and telephone to access download links to their tickets.
