Does Benchmark Email allow me to use PDF files in my campaigns?

Yes, Benchmark Email provides a way to use PDF files in the campaigns you are creating. PDF files are considered documents, not images, so we will be uploading the PDF file into your document library.

Note: Avoid using an entire PDF as an email since it will create the same issues as a single image email.

Upload a PDF to the Document Library:

First, be sure that you are in in the Drag & Drop Editor, then:
  1. Click or Drag a text block in the template
  2. Type the text you wish to Hyperlink, such as "Click Here to Download"
  3. Highlight the text you want to link
  4. Click the Insert Documents Icon
  5. Click Upload File then click Choose file
  6. Locate the file and click Open.
Once the file has been uploaded successfully, it will state so just under the drop files here.  See below to insert document into the email

To insert a document from the library:
  1. Click or Drag a text block in the template
  2. Type the text you wish to Hyperlink, such as "Click Here to Download"
  3. Highlight the text you want to link
  4. Click the Insert Documents Icon 
  5. Click insert next to the name of the file you want to insert

Note: Benchmark Email only allows you to link to a document within an email. You cannot attach a document or file to an email due to the many disadvantages (and hazards) such action poses. Click the link to learn why.
