How can I let my clients view their reports?
By creating a username and password for your clients and then checking the option "
View reports on any campaigns sent," you will allow them the ability to access their reports.
To set this up, click on
Clients at the top left of your screen.
Then follow these steps:
- Locate the name of the client and select the Edit
icon on the right.
- Under Client Access, you will find the "View reports on any campaigns sent" item in the list of features.
- Make any other necessary changes to the client's account, such as resetting the password.
Your client will log in at the same account URL that you do. (For example: something.instamailing.com or your own custom domain.)
