Here is what you will need to do in order to create a new link and change its formatting:

Go to the section/block you wish to edit. Click the Edit icon.
Place your cursor in the location you want the link to appear and click.
In the toolbar of the block, click the Link button or click the Insert Link icon from the left side of your screen
Enter the URL and the "Text to Display" in the areas provided. Click on Update.
Now select the link text and then from the toolbar click the bold , italic or underline icon to change the font weight or style. To change the link color, click on the text color icon and select a color.
Click on the Save button.
