In order to check the size and dimensions of an image on your computer or on a webpage, follow these steps:
Benchmark Email
limits individual images in your
image gallery to a size of 500 KB, with a recommendation of no more than 200 KB. Our recommendation is due to larger images taking more time to fully load in a subscriber's email. Keeping the image to 200 KB or smaller will allow for faster loading of your campaign.
The width of your image should be no more than 600-800 pixels. We do not limit the height of your image. However, the same rule applies regarding larger images. Keeping the height of your image to about 480 pixels will ensure faster loading times for your campaigns.
