How do I save my survey results on my own computer?

By exporting your survey results, you can save them on your computer as either a spreadsheet or PDF file. This will allow you to analyze the data and send it to other people.

We offer three different ways to view your results:
Note: Only the Overall and Details results may be saved onto your computer. Individual Repondents may be saved as a list of contacts, but their responses cannot be downloaded.

Overall Results in PDF file:
  1. Click on the Emails tab.
  2. Click on the Survey Reports link from the Reports Menu.
  3. Click on Survey name.
  4. Click on the "OVERALL RESULTS" button.
(By default, the OVERALL RESULTS tab is shown first.)
  5. You can download Overall Results of the Survey by clicking the PDF icon located near the bottom of the page.
Detailed Results in an Excel spreadsheet "(XLS) file":

Individual Results: As a new contact list:
  1. Click on the Emails tab.
