How do I upgrade from a free trial to a paid account?
You have the ability to upgrade at any time during your 30-day Benchmark Email free trial. From the "My Home" page you will see an announcement that looks like this:
Click on the Upgrade at any time link shown in blue.

Upgrades can also be made at any time by following these steps:
  1. Click on the My Account tab.
  2. Click on Plan Information.
  3. Click on Change Plan.
  4. Select the email payment plan that best fits your needs.
  5. Click Save & Next.
  6. If needed, enter the credit card details for payment and click Save & Next.
  7. Verify your selections, agree to the Terms & Conditions, and click Submit My Order.
