I never received my registration email for the live webinar I signed up for. What happened?

There could be two reasons why the registration email isn't delivered to your inbox. First, did you make sure the email address you entered was spelled correctly? Have you checked your spam/junk folder to see if it landed there?

If you know for certain that the correct email address was entered and the email is not in your junk folder, try registering for the webinar again. If that does not work, please send an email to sales@benchmarkemail.com or call (800) 430-4095 and select option 1 to let us know the issue you are having and which webinar you were attempting to sign up for.
