Is my computer system set up correctly to work with Benchmark Email?
In order to ensure the best possible performance with Benchmark Email, please check the following areas on your computer:
- Cookies: Set your web browser to accept cookies.
- JavaScript: Set your web browser to enable JavaScript.
- Security: Set your web browser to a medium security setting. If you are unsure of how to do this, use the "Help" feature in your web browser tool bar for assistance.
- Pop-Up Blockers: If you have a pop-up blocker installed, adjust its settings to allow pop-ups when you are using your Benchmark Email account. In order to take advantage of certain features, you will need to allow the pop-ups.
