Why is the text double spaced when I preview my email in Outlook 2007?
This is a common issue faced on Outlook 2007/2010.
To avoid the extra line space between the two lines in Outlook 2007/2010, try any of the following:
- Instead of pressing ENTER for line break, we recommend using SHIFT+ENTER to create line breaks in your email.
- In case you are using Custom HTML, use
<BR> tags instead of <DIV> or <P> tags to create line breaks.
