What are the limitations of Quicksend?
Quicksend is a convenient tool for resending email campaigns to individual contacts, but there are small limitations to the service. See below:
- Quicksend resends the entire email campaign, which means no edits can be made to its content.
- Quicksend can't resend email campaigns that are more than 30 days old.
- Quicksend reports are not shown separate from the original email report. The results are included with the initial report.
- If an email is "Scheduled" to be delivered, Quicksend cannot be used until the email is actually sent.
