When do I get paid?

Benchmark will issue payment for your event 5 days after it is complete (officially ended). You can choose to be paid by check, bank transfer or PayPal.


Note that Benchmark reserves the right to refuse to disburse the proceeds from Event ticket sales if the Event has been canceled. In the event of an Event cancellation, it is the responsibility of the Event Organizer to refund ticket sales. However, Benchmark may determine that it is more appropriate for us to refund ticket sales in some cases. In such cases, funds will not be disbursed to the Event Organizer and will, instead, be directly refunded to the ticket purchasers.
