Why does my survey not show any results?
There could be a couple of different reasons why a survey is not recording any results:
  1. Only surveys that are LIVE will collect results. Surveys that are inactive or closed will not show results.
  2. The survey link was not provided to potential participants (either via email or on your webpage).
  3. The URL for the survey was copied incorrectly. Make sure you are providing the correct URL for your survey. You may want to create an invitation email, which includes the survey link automatically for your recipients.
  4. You sent the correct survey link in an email but the email never made it to the contact's inbox.
