From time to time you will experience a loss of contacts. This is inevitable and everyone goes through it. If several people unsubscribe within a short amount of time though, there may be a few reasons for this:
Relevancy
Is the content you are sending relevant to those who are receiving your campaigns? If contacts are expecting to receive a specific type of email and you have sent them something completely different, that would cause subscribers to reconsider being signed up with your business or organization and they will opt-out.
Permission Reminder
Sometimes people forget that they have given you permission to send them correspondence. Adding the
permission reminder to all of your campaigns will help reassure your subscribers that they have signed up because they want to hear from you.
Frequency
You may be sending your campaigns too often and overwhelming your contact list. Consider
polling your subscribers to help determine how often they would like to hear from you.
