Why is my campaign cut off when I try to print it?

In order to prevent your email from being cut off, you need to print it in "landscape" format. This will more than likely cause your campaign to be divided into multiple pages, but it will print the entire email.

PC Users
Internet Explorer:
  1. Click File > Page Setup.
  2. Under Paper Options, check Landscape and Enable Shrink-to-Fit.
  3. Click OK.
Firefox:
  1. Click File > Page Setup.
  2. Under the Format & Options tab, check Landscape and Shrink to fit Page Width.
  3. Click OK.
Chrome:
  1. Click Menu button then click Print
  2. In the left side bar, click More Settings
  3. Next to margins, change to Custom.
  4. Customize your margins to fit your content
  5. Click OK.
MAC Users
Firefox:
  1. Click File > Page Setup.
  2. Next to Orientation, click on the icon showing a man standing sideways.
  3. Click OK.
Safari:
  1. Open Safari
  2. Click File, then Page Setup at the top
  3. Under Paper Size, click the drop down menu and select Manage Custom Sizes
  4. Enter in a Custom Size
  5. Click OK
Chrome:
  1. Click Menu button then click Print
  2. In the left side bar, click More Settings
  3. Next to margins, change to Custom.
  4. Customize your margins to fit your content
  5. Click OK.

NOTE: Your results will depend on the printer being used. Also, the print dialog box may have different options than the above-mentioned steps. It is best to consult your user manual for setting modifications.

You may want to use different paper options if you desire your campaign to be on one page.
