Now every newsletter you create can have its own unique URL. You can easily reference this URL on the directory page of your newsletter.

Icon in Browse Email Layout We've introduced a 'View Your Layout' icon ( ) in the 'Browse E-mail Layout' page. Click on this icon to preview your layout.         Newsletter URL On the 'Preview Layout' page, you'll find a unique URL for publishing your newsletter. You can see the same URL during the 'Create New Layout' step under the name 'Template Publish URL'.

Activate this feature to schedule Automatic Drip e-mails. This flexible tool is different than our normal automatic e-mail feature, where you can schedule e-mail deliveries one at a time. Here's an example of how you can set up your Autoresponder:

Create Autoresponder On the 'Campaign' page, click on the words 'Create Autoresponder'.         Autoresponder Drip Name A typical title might be 'Autoresponder - test' or 'Autoresponder - client name'.         Select desired ListBuilder The Autoresponder process works by linking to a ListBuilder list. As new e-mail addresses are added to your e-mail list, contacts are sent follow-up e-mails based on the schedule you've set up.       Schedule Autoresponder follow-ups You can schedule follow-up campaigns as far out as 90 days. Here are the steps: 1) Determine which e-mail layouts you want sent for each follow up. 2) Pick the intervals you want the e-mails to go out. 3) Enter the 'From' e-mail address.

We've recently added an e-mail characteristics feature. Now your list can be segregated and set based on the characteristics you choose. Here's are a few Listbuilder formatting options::

Define Characteristics On the 'E-mail List Details' page, click on the Characteristics button.         Create Characteristics You can enter up to 15 different characteristics relating to your e-mail list. This provides you with the option to allow your subscribers to choose what characteristics they are interested in.         ListBuilder Form Layout New features include: a) Formatting of heading with font size and style choices b) Formatting of body and e-mail characteristics fields c) Footer text messages d) The option to define your own submit message e) The option to create your own post submission option       Send to only certain characteristics You can send your campaign to e-mail addresses with specific characteristics.   Suggest New Features
