Pointers From Your Account Manager
If its been a while since you’ve chatted, make sure to sign into your chat a day or two before your next event to make sure that all systems are a go!

When signing into your chat room, please sign in at least 15 minutes before the chat event is scheduled to start to make sure that it is loading properly. It is important to make sure that you are in your room to greet your chatters and that you receive your moderator badge before they enter.

When sending out your email invitation, please make sure that you are including the link to your admissions web site that your chat icon can be found on.
