With the Slender Lady Lifestyle Program, you learn how to eat right for the rest of your life. With the help of your Lifestyle Counselor you will finally understand what types of food your body needs to function at its optimal level. You will learn how important it is to eat carbohydrates, proteins, and fats as each has a certain function to help maintain good health and weight loss. If you leave any food group out of your daily intake your body will miss the valuable nutrition this provides. How much, what type, and when are the questions your Lifestyle Counselor will be able to answer for you.

With one-on-one counseling each week, you and your Lifestyle Counselor will individualize your program specifically for you. She will also teach you how to eat out and still not gain a pound. For those of you just joining our program, welcome to a way of eating many have enjoyed for years. For those of you who have been with us for a while, you already know how easy this program is to follow, but remember, each week you learn something new. Don’t forget ladies, DRINK your water, EAT every three hours, DO THE CIRCUIT at least three times a week and you have the recipe for SUCCESS.

Remember if it says fried make another choice, baked, broiled, pan seared or grilled are better choices.
At an Italian restaurant, snack on a large breadstick instead of a slice of garlic bread.
