AOL

1 Sign-in to your AOL account and click on the "Addresses" option in the mailbox page.
2 On the next page that is displayed, click on the button titled 'New' and select the 'New Contact' option.
3 Add the details of the recipient from whom you want to receive emails and save.

Gmail

1 Go to the Spam folder in Gmail and select the email that you wish to receive in the Inbox.
2 Click on the Not Spam button.

Hotmail

1 In your Hotmail account, click on "Options" on the right-hand side and then select "Junk E-Mail Protection" on the next page.
2 Now select the "Safe List" option and then enter the From email address for the newsletter you want to recieve or the domain name of the sender.
3 Click on the "Mail" tab to access your inbox again.

Outlook 2003

1 Open the newsletter you received and select the "From" address.
2 Right-click and select the option "Add to Contacts"

Yahoo!

1 Sign-in to Yahoo! mail and click on "Mail Options"
2 Click "Filters" --> "Add" and give a name for this filter.
3 Go to the very first option "From header:" Select "Contains" from the drop-down list and in the text box next to it, enter the "From" email address of the newsletter you receive.
4 Now for the next option "Move the message to", select "Inbox" from the drop-down menu.
5 Click the "Add Filter" button again to save these settings.

Verizon

1 Go to your Verizon Inbox. Click "Options" Select the "Block Senders Tab" option (near the top of the screen).
2 On the Block Senders screen, you'll see both a "Block Sender List" and a "Safe List". In the space where it says, "Enter e-mail address or sub domain to always accept even if the domain is blocked", enter the email address of the person or organization from whom you wish to receive the newsletter.

SpamAssassin

If you are using SpamAssassin to filter your incoming e-mail, you can exclude a particular email or newsletter from the filtering process by adding its "From" address to the Whitelist in your User Preferences. Here is what you need to do:

1 Search your hard drive for the spamassassin folder, then open it
2 In that folder, there should be a file named user_prefs. Open it with a text editor (Notepad, for example).
3 Make a new (blank) line in the file. On that line, enter whitelist_from, followed by the email address in the "From" line of the newsletter you wish to receive in the Inbox.
4 Save the file and close it.

Mailblocks

1 In Mailblocks, click the Addresses tab and select New.
2 Enter the address in the "From" line of the newsletter you wish to receive in the Inbox.
3 In the Receiving Options, select Accept Mail From This Address.
4 In the Other Options, make sure Display in People Picker is not selected.
5 Click Submit and then Ok.
