support you have given me. The website itself is extremely well put
together, but I still had lots of little questions when it came to
setting up my first self designed e-newsletter and it really made
a difference to have someone on the other end of the phone that put
up with my silly questions! It was great to get a hold of you each
time I called without going to voicemail or some other horrible voice
activated thing, and my questions were solved each time really quickly.
Finally when I was having issues yesterday with the site being slow
sending out my test emails, you fixed that too! In looking around
the web for a great e-newsletter service it’s hard to know the
difference till you test them out, but you clearly have both a superior
site design and customer support. This helps me tremendously since
I am offering this service to my clients, and it helps me look professional
too!

I cannot express enough how surprised
I am to find someone so dedicated to helping an entrepreneur get off
the ground. Actually, the time and patience you have expressed in
helping me set up has even humbled me. Rarely does one encounter anymore
your dedication and spirit to invest in a long term relationship,

I really love your product. The best
part about my campaign is being able to look at the reports. It's
great to be able to see how many people have read the newsletter,
who they are, what links they clicked on and how many apparently never
opened the newsletter. Those stats will help me to know how to design
and follow up on the next newsletter.
I looked up the stats on one man who clicked on my pricing page.
I then sent him a video e-mail to see what it would take to get him
on board. That's the type of zeroing in on your target that I needed.

| Hi, I hope this is the right place to submit
this. Saturday afternoon, I was in a panic, attempting to get my e-mail
campaign launched from one of your competitors. I was technological
stumped by their site, and with no support available, eventually, I
started to look around for another service. I came to benchmarkemail.com
(from Google) and started to peruse the features listed. I wasn't finding
the answers I needed to seal the deal so I clicked "Live Help".
Victor popped up, answered my questions and assured me that benchmarkemail.com
had all the service I needed and more. I was thrilled to find that out
but still concerned that I would run into problems that would keep me
from meeting my deadline (which had already passed). When I asked Victor
if he would be on duty all day, he told me that he would stay available
as long as I needed help. He did all that he said and more. I signed
up for your service but had problems getting my mail list (13000 names)
uploaded and formatted. Victor went through me trying different formats
and trying, trying again until we got it right. He answered my questions
about custom 'From' addressing and a host of other things and, long
story long, I got my job done. As a small business owner working job
to job, flubbing this job would have been a killer. Victor saved my
bacon and deserves more recognition than this simple praise can contain.
His was the type of service that is woefully rare these days. I will
recommend benchmarkemail.com to anyone who will listen based on this
experience.
