Por exemplo, uma empresa de rela\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas baseadas em S\u00e3o Paulo pode ter seus melhores funcion\u00e1rios afiliados nas c\u00e2maras de com\u00e9rcio da cidade e tamb\u00e9m na Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira de Rela\u00e7\u00f5es P\u00fablicas \u2013 Se\u00e7\u00e3o S\u00e3o Paulo. E ent\u00e3o, \u00e9 claro, essa empresa ir\u00e1 garantir a esses funcion\u00e1rios acesso aos encontros e reuni\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Aqui \u00e9 onde a maioria das companias falham.<\/p>\n<p>Eles n\u00e3o reconhecem o valor dessas afilia\u00e7\u00f5es e se eles se tornam membros, n\u00e3o oficialmente, eles terminam por penalizar o comparecimento do funcion\u00e1rio \u00e0s reuni\u00f5es, criando uma cultura que n\u00e3o aceita sa\u00eddas mais cedo do expediente (e n\u00e3o recompensa o comprometimento requerido para comparecer, um comprometimento que custa ao funcion\u00e1rio tempo e dinheiro.).
