Foi uma \u00f3tima conversa sobre o que a ci\u00eancia e a pesquisa podem fazer para aprimorar o conhecimento sobre design, e n\u00f3s aproveitamos muito. A Benchmark Email se orgulha da parceria com a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.edisonda.com\/mailings\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"external\">Edisona<\/a> neste estudo incr\u00edvel.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Huburt Turaj nos contou nesse podcast que a motiva\u00e7\u00e3o inicial da pesquisa era entender como os clientes interagiam com a empresa. A grande vantagem de um estudo como esse \u00e9 voc\u00ea n\u00e3o precisar \u201cachar\u201d nada, mas sim \u201centender\u201d porque as pessoas tomam certas decis\u00f5es, e porque eles tem problemas com as informa\u00e7\u00f5es, e com base nisso podemos reorganizar nossos conte\u00fados de acordo com como as pessoas \u201cfuncionam\u201d. Segundo o diretor, o eyetracking \u00e9 uma tecnologia bastante simples que utiliza uma s\u00e9rie de c\u00e2meras que s\u00e3o capazes de medir a luz e a angula\u00e7\u00e3o do olhar para dizer exatamente para onde algu\u00e9m direciona seu olhar ao navegar no celular. Foram escolhidos emails como base para este estudo pois apresentam conte\u00fados diversos de forma linear, bem como a possibilidade de testes A\/B.<\/p>\n<p>Quanto aos resultados, Huburt destaca a grande percep\u00e7\u00e3o que as pessoas t\u00eam por n\u00fameros e d\u00edgitos: se voc\u00ea deseja obter uma grande aten\u00e7\u00e3o dos seus leitores, procure utilizar estes caracteres.
