Contudo, no mundo dos neg\u00f3cios palavras duras podem afastar seus colegas e colocar sua reputa\u00e7\u00e3o em risco. Quando se trata de dar feedbacks h\u00e1 um jeito certo e um jeito errado para fazer cr\u00edticas.<\/p>\n<p>O jeito errado \u00e9 ser direto, ter uma \u201cl\u00edngua afiada\u201d, e colocar seus pensamentos para fora sem filtros. Muitas vezes essa \u201cverdade nua e crua\u201d tamb\u00e9m reflete um alarmante n\u00edvel de desrespeito com seus colegas.<\/p>\n<p>O jeito correto \u00e9 come\u00e7ar identificando o que foi realizado corretamente. Come\u00e7ar com um reconhecimento prepara o outro e mostra que voc\u00ea conhece seu valor. Ent\u00e3o voc\u00ea poder\u00e1 seguir com sua cr\u00edtica ou feedback cuidadosamente. Ap\u00f3s a cr\u00edtica, volte para o in\u00edcio e ofere\u00e7a novamente palavras gentis. Este \u00e9 o chamado m\u00e9todo \u201cSandu\u00edche\u201d, onde o feedback \u00e9 \u201cembrulhado\u201d com palavras positivas.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"subtopic\">O m\u00e9todo Sandu\u00edche de dar feedbacks profissionais<\/h3>\n<p>Por exemplo, uma cr\u00edtica com o m\u00e9todo sandu\u00edche soaria como:<\/p>\n<p>Ol\u00e1 Jo\u00e3o,<\/p>\n<p>Eu realmente admiro o tanto de esfor\u00e7o que voc\u00ea dedicou no relat\u00f3rio para a reuni\u00e3o de hoje. Da pr\u00f3xima vez, voc\u00ea poderia acrescentar o Google Analytics na sua apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o? Assim poderemos ver exatamente o porque tivemos picos no tr\u00e1fego. Eu tamb\u00e9m gostaria de agradecer por todo o trabalho duro. Eu sei que estes relat\u00f3rios s\u00e3o complicados e possuem muitas informa\u00e7\u00f5es. Ent\u00e3o, obrigado! Se tiver alguma d\u00favida pode me consultar, ficarei feliz em conversar sobre o tema.<\/p>\n<p>Neste exemplo, voc\u00ea acariciou o ego do Jo\u00e3o ao preparar a cr\u00edtica com um elogio ( \u201co esfor\u00e7o\u201d) e finalizar com uma sentimento solid\u00e1rio de compreens\u00e3o (\u201cn\u00f3s sabemos que h\u00e1 muito trabalho\u201d). A cr\u00edtica em si \u00e9 falta de aten\u00e7\u00e3o do Jo\u00e3o no relat\u00f3rio. Mas talvez voc\u00ea j\u00e1 tivesse tido essa conversa com ele. Talvez essa seja a terceira vez que voc\u00ea pediu isso, o que n\u00f3s leva \u00e0 outra discuss\u00e3o: falar isso por escrito.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"subtopic\">Feedbacks escritos s\u00e3o lidos duas vezes<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>Um feedback oral \u00e9 ouvido uma vez, mas um feedback escrito \u00e9 lido pelo menos duas vezes, s\u00e3o op\u00e7\u00f5es totalmente diferentes. Dizer algo por escrito oferece a oportunidade de realmente trabalhar a mensagem, mas tamb\u00e9m causa um impacto maior no destinat\u00e1rio. Uma cr\u00edtica verbal depende da aten\u00e7\u00e3o no momento e da mem\u00f3ria de quem recebe para que seja totalmente compreendida, enquanto uma cr\u00edtica escrita est\u00e1 documentada e pode ser lida e relida. Neste caso, o destinat\u00e1rio est\u00e1 mais propenso a se concentrar nas palavras deste tipo email do que em qualquer outro tipo de coment\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3 class=\"subtopic\">Feedback atrav\u00e9s de exemplos<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>Em outros casos, n\u00e3o \u00e9 t\u00e3o importante o que voc\u00ea diz, mas sim como diz. O que pode ser mais importante \u2013 ou pelo menos mais eficaz \u2013 \u00e9 fazer uma cr\u00edtica atrav\u00e9s de um exemplo. Isso \u00e9 especialmente \u00fatil com pessoas que n\u00e3o recebem cr\u00edticas muito bem (nem mesmo com o m\u00e9todo Sandu\u00edche). Tamb\u00e9m funciona muito bem para pessoas que tendem a se comunicar visualmente. Mostrar \u00e0 algu\u00e9m como voc\u00ea prefere que algo seja realizado tamb\u00e9m te d\u00e1 a vantagem de se comunicar com imagens sem ter que necessariamente considerar uma mensagem verbal.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Costum\u00e1vamos aplaudir pessoas por seus coment\u00e1rios sinceros.
