Essencialmente ignorando o clamor dos seguidores e f\u00e3s da empresa pelo acesso direto \u00e0 informa\u00e7\u00e3o, um grande n\u00famero de CEOs representantes de grandes marcas s\u00e3o firmes na recusa de um engajamento direto com os seus clientes. Do que eles t\u00eam medo?<\/p>\n<div class=\"subtopic\"><strong>94,4% dos CEOs n\u00e3o possuem uma conta no Twitter<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>As estat\u00edsticas s\u00e3o alarmantes e condenat\u00f3rios ao mesmo tempo. Um n\u00famero quase inacredit\u00e1vel de 68% de todos os CEOs top de linha n\u00e3o t\u00eam presen\u00e7a em qualquer uma das principais redes sociais, o que inclui Facebook, Twitter, Google+ e at\u00e9 mesmo C-Suite e LinkedIn. Enquanto dois a cada tr\u00eas CEOs se abst\u00eam das m\u00eddias sociais, os n\u00fameros ficam ainda mais alarmantes quando se considera apenas os representados que possuem uma conta no Twitter na lista de coorpora\u00e7\u00f5es da Fortune 500. De 500, apenas 28 t\u00eam presen\u00e7a no microblog mais popular das m\u00eddias sociais, contra uma maioria de 472 CEOs sem Twitter. Ou seja, apenas 5,6% est\u00e1 na rede social, o que \u00e9 um n\u00famero inacredit\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n<div class=\"subtopic\"><strong>Um ter\u00e7o dos CEOs com contas no Twitter s\u00e3o inativos<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>Na verdade, \u00e9 um pouco pior que isso. Entre os 5,6% dos CEOs que s\u00e3o usu\u00e1rios do Twitter, apenas dois ter\u00e7os utilizam a conta o suficiente para ser considerado um utilizador regular. Um ter\u00e7o deles tem contas que s\u00e3o inativas ou praticamente inativas, enquanto alguns s\u00e3o perfis falsos. Apenas tr\u00eas horas ap\u00f3s o primeiro tweet de Buffet, ele acumulou mais de 130 mil seguidores. Alguns dos outros CEOs que tamb\u00e9m t\u00eam demonstrado que o poder no C-Suite \u00e9 indiscut\u00edvel quando se trata de agregar seguidores do Twitter incluem Rupert Murdoch, Ralph Lauren, Marissa Mayer e Larry Ellison. Outro fen\u00f4meno bastante estranho \u00e9 que um n\u00famero significativo de seguidores dos raros CEOs que twittam \u00e9 formado por muitos perfis falsos. O n\u00famero not\u00e1vel de 30% dos seguidores do Mark Zuckerberg existe apenas digitalmente (e possivelmente na imagina\u00e7\u00e3o de alguns). O Google+ tem feito um m\u00edsero trabalho para atrair os CEOs da Fortune 500, possuindo apenas cinco! Isso \u00e9 apenas um por cento de presen\u00e7a no Google+ em compara\u00e7\u00e3o a 99% que est\u00e3o se distanciando do Google+ imediatamente. Um relat\u00f3rio de Informa\u00e7\u00e3o de Consumo do CEO informou que menos de 15% de todos os CEOs acharam o Google+ valioso de alguma maneira no seu trabalho.
