Ya sea que est\u00e9s en la industria minorista, sin fines de lucro, o el sector acad\u00e9mico, la meta del gerente de marketing debe ser convertirse en un pensador de vanguardia orientado al crecimiento. \u00a0La direcci\u00f3n de ese crecimiento ser\u00e1 determinada por lo que sus clientes quieran.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"subtopic\"><strong>Pronosticando Sus Propios Patrones<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div>\n<p>Si t\u00fa has estado en el negocio por un tiempo, sabr\u00e1s c\u00f3mo las empresas se han adaptado a lo largo de los a\u00f1os. Tal vez usted ha cambiado los servicios o ha agregado nuevos productos. Tal vez el cambio no ha sido sobre el producto, sino en las pol\u00edticas. Tal vez los clientes han buscado una mayor flexibilidad en los t\u00e9rminos del contrato que arrojan luz sobre c\u00f3mo sus propios modelos de negocio est\u00e1n evolucionando y adapt\u00e1ndose a sus necesidades. Pensar m\u00e1s all\u00e1, tal vez los clientes han cambiado la forma en que se comunican con las empresas o \u00bfcu\u00e1ntas nuevas ideas o inspiraciones est\u00e1n en busca de ti? Sea lo que sea, debes estar atento a los cambios. Debes de darles seguimiento de esa manera podr\u00e1s empezar a ver un patr\u00f3n. T\u00fa puedes usar ese modelo para pronosticar a d\u00f3nde tienes que ir despu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando est\u00e9s d\u00e1ndole seguimiento a los cambios, es posible que puedas ver que poco a poco los clientes est\u00e1n adoptando un nuevo modelo de producto, servicio o t\u00e9rminos. Si ese es el caso, entonces puedes ser proactivo con los que a\u00fan se encuentran detr\u00e1s de la curva. Puedes llegar a ellos y hacerles saber del cambio con los dem\u00e1s y ofrecerles la misma cortes\u00eda. Que sea un punto rutinario (mensual) de comprobaci\u00f3n para ver lo que est\u00e1 en su radar. \u00bfQu\u00e9 ha cambiado acerca de c\u00f3mo hacer negocios desde el mes pasado?; \u00bfqu\u00e9 nuevos clientes tienen ellos?; \u00bfqu\u00e9 direcci\u00f3n est\u00e1n tomando?; \u00bfcu\u00e1les son los comentarios de sus clientes?; \u00bfcu\u00e1l es su nivel de actividad social? o c\u00f3mo ha cambiado la estrategia social?<\/p>\n<p>Mi recomendaci\u00f3n ser\u00eda que tomes a tus dos principales competidores, uno que est\u00e9 en el nivel que deseas estar t\u00fa y que sea una amenaza inmediata y haz una tabla de crecimiento para ellos tambi\u00e9n. De esta manera, cuando est\u00e9n opinando sobre su crecimiento, tendr\u00e1s algo para comparar tambi\u00e9n. T\u00fa puedes ver c\u00f3mo se comparan con la competencia y c\u00f3mo lo est\u00e1s haciendo en su trayectoria deseada.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando se trata de entrar en la mente de tu cliente, la estrategia es \u00a0emplear las necesidades de ser t\u00e1ctil y anal\u00edtica. \u00a1Tienes que ser capaz de caminar con datos tangibles que puedes utilizar para seguir adelante! El objetivo final es desarrollar un sistema desplegado con regularidad que puede ayudar a tu equipo a determinar lo que tus clientes est\u00e1n buscando y lo que es importante para ellos. Tomando un paso m\u00e1s all\u00e1, ten en cuenta que tu objetivo debe ser predecir lo que el mercado est\u00e1 buscando y no s\u00f3lo de tu cliente actual.
