Depende. \u00bfCada cu\u00e1nto tiempo quieren tus suscriptores saber de ti? Es muy importante que env\u00edes emails con la misma frecuencia que tus suscriptores quieran saber de ti. Y no con la frecuencia con la que t\u00fa quisieras hablarles. Piensa en ello como si fueras la persona que te persigue en las tiendas, y te pregunta diez veces durante cinco minutos \u201c\u00bfnecesita ayuda?\u201d. Seguro que no quieres ser esa persona, pero en formato email.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">El otro d\u00eda me di de alta en una lista de email y antes de que pudiera sacar el tel\u00e9fono de mi bolsillo, \u00a1ya hab\u00eda recibido cinco emails de ellos!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Estos son los cinco emails que recib\u00ed:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s1\">Correo de confirmaci\u00f3n.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s1\">De bienvenida<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s1\">Re-confirmaci\u00f3n de la confirmaci\u00f3n inicial.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s1\">Primeros pasos<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s1\">Gestor de cuenta personal.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Puedo imaginar al equipo de marketing hablando sobre la campa\u00f1a de emails a nuevos clientes, \u00a0y c\u00f3mo estos cinco correos tienen sentido y objetivos, te\u00f3ricamente&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cUn mail de confirmaci\u00f3n de suscripci\u00f3n, \u00a1es una obviedad!\u201d<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cNecesitamos un mail de introducci\u00f3n que hable sobre nosotros y por qu\u00e9 nos necesita.\u201d<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201c\u00a1Oh! \u00a1Vamos a enviar tambi\u00e9n una re-confirmaci\u00f3n, en caso de que el suscriptor no haya recibido la primera!\u201d<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201c\u00a1El suscriptor necesita saber c\u00f3mo comenzar! \u00a1Vamos a enviar un introducci\u00f3n con los primeros pasos!\u201d<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201c\u00a1Tambi\u00e9n hay que maravillar al nuevo suscriptor con un gestor de su cuenta personal!\u201d<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Como puedes ver, es f\u00e1cil emocionarse con los emails. Son r\u00e1pidos, sencillos y ofrecen resultados de forma inmediata. Tan r\u00e1pido, que recib\u00ed una llamada justo despu\u00e9s de darme de baja de la suscripci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">La automatizaci\u00f3n es grandiosa y puede hacer maravillas, si es usada de forma correcta. Muchas veces veo compa\u00f1\u00edas que crean largas campa\u00f1as de continuidad sin realmente probarlas. En teor\u00eda, la campa\u00f1a puede tener sentido, e incluso verse con buenos ojos. Sin embargo, una vez en marcha, te percatas de que est\u00e1s enterrando en emails a tus suscriptores, \u00a1adem\u00e1s de espantarlos! Digo esto todo el tiempo: el Email Marketing no es un juego de n\u00fameros. Es importante incluir una estrategia y realmente hacer pruebas de tus ideas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Para el caso que mencion\u00e9 antes, pudieron haberme entregado la misma cantidad de informaci\u00f3n en menos emails, y dosificado la entrega en m\u00e1s tiempo. La idea es crear un flujo constante, y no generar esfuerzos al suscriptor. Si env\u00edas demasiados correos de golpe, probablemente no sean le\u00eddos ni la mitad de ellos, por tanto, se pierde informaci\u00f3n importante y desperdicias tus esfuerzos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Haz campa\u00f1as de continuidad inteligentes. Trata de entender el comportamiento de tus clientes, si todav\u00eda no les conoces. C\u00f3mo navegan en tu sitio o c\u00f3mo utilizan tu producto o servicio. Esto no es ciencia espacial. Puede ser tan sencillo como observar y hacer a tus clientes preguntas clave, o tan complejo como analizar una gran cantidad de datos. Cualquiera que sea la opci\u00f3n, tus suscriptores y consumidores son lo que mantienen tu negocio en marcha, as\u00ed que es importante que llegues a conocerlos a ellos y a sus h\u00e1bitos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Tomemos ejemplo de una campa\u00f1a de email marketing bien estructurada. Mi amigo estaba en una tienda para mascotas comprando comida para su perro, mientras pagaba en la caja, le fue solicitada su cuenta de correo. \u00c9l dud\u00f3 por un segundo porque no le gusta recibir demasiados correos, pero esta vez, \u00a1lo hizo por su perro! La persona en la caja registradora prometi\u00f3 grandes descuentos y que no molestar\u00edan a sus suscriptores (s\u00ed claro, \u00a1todos dicen lo mismo!). Lo que pas\u00f3 despu\u00e9s: \u00a1nada! O eso parec\u00eda. Curiosamente, justo cuando su hermoso husky se estaba quedando sin comida, mi amigo recibi\u00f3 un email de la tienda para mascotas. El email inclu\u00eda un 10% de descuento para su pr\u00f3xima compra en comida para perros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Esta empresa entendi\u00f3 la utilizaci\u00f3n de los tiempos en un email. Estoy seguro de que no era la primera bolsa de comida que vend\u00edan, y saben perfectamente cu\u00e1nto tiempo dura cada una de ellas. Mientras mi amigo daba su cuenta de email en el punto de venta, ellos sincronizaron cu\u00e1ndo deb\u00eda ser enviado el pr\u00f3ximo mail con la oferta en cuesti\u00f3n, para lograr que mi amigo regresara. \u00bfFuncion\u00f3? \u00a1Claro que funcion\u00f3!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00a1Es extremadamente importante el segmentar adecuadamente tus listas y enviar emails que tengan sentido! Muchas veces las compa\u00f1\u00edas intentan enviar emails s\u00f3lo para estar en la mente de sus suscriptores. Aunque esto puede ser una buena idea para generar imagen de marca, aseg\u00farate primero de que el email sea relevante. Se creativo, haz pruebas y conoce a tus suscriptores. Siempre, \u00a1Siempre!, haz pruebas de tus propias campa\u00f1as de continuidad. Ve a tu bandeja de entrada, observa c\u00f3mo se ve desde esta perspectiva, lee los emails con detenimiento y trata de sacar tus propias conclusiones. \u00bfCu\u00e1l es el hilo conductor y la estrategia con la que intentas captar la atenci\u00f3n de tus suscriptores? \u00bfQu\u00e9 dudas pueden tener tus suscriptores, y en qu\u00e9 momento?
