Antes de empezar a personalizar campa\u00f1as de email, esto me pasaba casi cada campa\u00f1a de email.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El primer paso es entender lo obvio. Lo obvio es que no debes esperar meses a que un nuevo suscriptor se sume, antes de que siquiera le env\u00edes algo. En ese punto ya ni siquiera te recordar\u00e1n. La llave es enganchar un nuevo suscriptor y hacerlo interesarse en lo que quieres decir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El segundo paso es hacer el esfuerzo y llegar a ellos. Esto es lo que hice:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La \u00faltima vez que tuve una cancelaci\u00f3n de suscripci\u00f3n, le envi\u00e9 un mensaje a la persona (ya ten\u00eda su correo previamente) y s\u00f3lo le mand\u00e9 un nota r\u00e1pida diciendo que sent\u00eda mucho el verlo irse y preguntarle que si era debido a que el contenido no era lo que pens\u00f3 que iba a ser.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Y aqu\u00ed est\u00e1 el por qu\u00e9 este es un enfoque simple y brillante:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00f3lo toma un segundo hacerlo. Crea una conexi\u00f3n personal que me permite salir de atr\u00e1s de la cortina del email marketing \u2013 haci\u00e9ndome m\u00e1s real hacia la persona y quiz\u00e1 hacer m\u00e1s sonoro el hecho de la cancelaci\u00f3n. Y obtener informaci\u00f3n valiosa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esta persona ni siquiera hab\u00eda notado que ya no estaba suscrito (lo que me dej\u00f3 pensando cu\u00e1nta m\u00e1s gente hab\u00eda hecho lo mismo, y ah\u00ed hay un problema con la ubicaci\u00f3n del bot\u00f3n para darse de baja de la lista, quiz\u00e1 su ubicaci\u00f3n lo hace demasiado sencillo). Estos son preguntas constantes, agitadas e importantes que te ayudar\u00e1n a mantener tu juego de email marketing afilado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El segundo pedazo de informaci\u00f3n valiosa que obtuve fue el c\u00f3mo se sent\u00eda acerca de la marca y por qu\u00e9 la amaba. Terminamos teniendo una peque\u00f1a pl\u00e1tica acerca de por qu\u00e9 se sinti\u00f3 atra\u00eddo a la marca y c\u00f3mo es que encuentra valor en ella. Esto me da una perspectiva inmensa que me ayuda a calibrar lo que estoy haciendo bien para mantenerlo en ese sentido.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La llave para alcanzar a tus antiguos suscriptores no est\u00e1 en el sonar como un ex, triste y desesperado. S\u00f3lo necesitas lanzar una nota r\u00e1pida y amistosa \u2013 un empuj\u00f3n en realidad, y dejar las cosas as\u00ed. Quiz\u00e1 te responda, quiz\u00e1 no. De cualquier forma, t\u00fa hiciste tu parte y contin\u00faas en lo tuyo. Debes ser casual, de claro y quiz\u00e1, hasta gracioso. Quieres dar a la gente la oportunidad de ver lo que se van a perder si se van \u00a0y eso significa no agarrarse de ellos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Y por supuesto, tambi\u00e9n quieres darle a la gente la oportunidad de regresar. Ofrece un hyperlink en el email para que lo intenten, porque quiz\u00e1 quieran regresar sin querer empezar un di\u00e1logo contigo. Pero en la mayor\u00eda de los casos, desde que empec\u00e9 a hacer esto, la gente responde con uno o dos mensajes, lo cual te ayuda a conocer mejor a tu audiencia.
