La mayor\u00eda de las empresas invierte incre\u00edbles sumas de dinero en generar demanda, pero la misma es de p\u00e9sima calidad, lo que genera una dificultad en la conversi\u00f3n y por ende una gran perdida de dinero. Es vital para lograr calidad hacer una inversi\u00f3n previa en definir claramente los segmentos de mercado a los que queremos apuntar y definir nuestra propuesta de valor, con esto podremos recurrir a agencias especializadas para que ayuden en la elecci\u00f3n de los mejores canales y la construcci\u00f3n de la creatividad necesaria para impactar en la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.benchmarkemail.com\/es\/blog\/encontrando-tu-publico-objetivo\/\">audiencia objetivo<\/a>. Esto se aplica tanto a canales On, como Off line.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez generada demanda de calidad debemos trabajar en la administraci\u00f3n de la demanda (venta) Aqu\u00ed es fundamental asegurarse de contar con una propuesta de valor diferencial y entrenar en todo momento a la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.benchmarkemail.com\/es\/blog\/cosas-que-tu-equipo-de-ventas-deberia-estar-haciendo\/\">fuerza de venta<\/a>. Hoy en d\u00eda el proceso de venta tradicional ha sufrido grandes cambios y requiere de una fuerza comercial mucho m\u00e1s proactiva y con nuevas habilidades. Debemos formar a los equipos en el uso de tecnolog\u00edas y las nuevas formas de comunicaci\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n sobre habilidades de negociaci\u00f3n, generaci\u00f3n de empat\u00eda y nuevos procesos.<\/p>\n<p>El tercer aspecto, muchas veces subestimado, consiste en desarrollar muchas estrategias de relacionamiento con los clientes. Cuando hablamos de relacionamiento nos referimos a tomar contacto con ellos para demostrarles que nos importan y brindarles alg\u00fan tipo de beneficio que los haga sentir especiales. Aqu\u00ed es importante diferenciar el \u201crelacionamiento transaccional\u201d del relacionamiento de largo plazo. El primero ocurre cuando solo tomamos contacto con los clientes para venderles o promocionar algo, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n, cuando ellos nos llaman por un reclamo o pregunta. Esto es m\u00e1s bien atenci\u00f3n al cliente. El verdadero relacionamiento consiste en mantener contacto con nuestros clientes actuales y potenciales en base a sus intereses brind\u00e1ndoles informaci\u00f3n, herramientas, etc. Pero sin vender directamente nada, es un servicio que brindamos a nuestros p\u00fablicos como parte del beneficio de pertenecer a nuestra comunidad. Con el tiempo el buen relacionamiento termina generando reconocimiento y con ello fidelizaci\u00f3n y recomendaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Si logra gestionar e invertir equitativamente en los tres momentos estar\u00e1 mucho m\u00e1s cerca de lograr el \u00e9xito que tanto busca y lo m\u00e1s importante ser m\u00e1s eficiente y reconocido.<\/p>\n<p>Hace tiempo ya que se dice que ya no nos eligen por el \u00bfqu\u00e9? Nos eligen por el \u00bfc\u00f3mo? Y el c\u00f3mo es mucho m\u00e1s amplio y dif\u00edcil y ah\u00ed radica el incentivo.
