Do I need to sign the affidavit every time I upload a list?
For the first few contact lists you upload, it's mandatory that you sign the list approval affidavit. We may also request opt-in details for few sample records randomly selected from your contact lists.
However, once we are comfortable with your email marketing practices, we'll start approving your contact lists without the affidavit.
