What happens if my credit card payment doesn‘t go through?

If we are unable to process your credit card payment, your email campaigns will not be sent. You can still log in to Benchmark Email and use our various tools, but you will NOT be able to schedule campaigns (including Auto Responders) or send them.

Hover over the Avatar drop down and select Billing Info to update your credit card information. You can also upgrade to another plan to instantly activate your account and schedule your campaigns.
