How do I add and verify an email address?

If you'd like to add emails you'll use to send campaigns and/or correspond with us at Benchmark on billing, account info and support issues, you'll need to add those addresses to our system and verify them. Here's how you verify email accounts:

  1. Hover over the Avatar drop down and select Email Verification.
  2. On this page, at the top area of the screen, you'll see all the email addresses you've already verified. At the bottom, you'll see the option to add new ones.
  3. Add each email address you want to verify in the bottom box. If you're adding multiple email addresses, make sure to hit enter after each email address you add. After that, click on Send Verification Email.
  4. Now, go and check your email in the account you want to verify. At this point, you should have received an email from us with a verification link in it. Click on that link.
