How do I import my list from Google Drive?

You can import contacts from your Google Drive by following these simple steps:
  1. Log in to your Benchmark account.
  2. Click on Contacts from the Dashboard menu.
  3. Select the Create New List button on the top-right of the page.
  4. Choose the Regular List option and click Next.
  5. Now, select the Import From A Service option then, click Next.
  6. Scroll down and click on the Google Drive integration icon

  7. Connect to Google Drive by clicking on the Google Drive icon.
  8. On the Google page, choose an account to continue.
  9. Now, select the Allow button.
  10. When prompted back to Benchmark, select a Google Drive Spreadsheet, Worksheet and a Benchmark Contact List or create a new list.
  11. Click Save & Next

  12. Select and match the fields to be mapped, click Save & Next when done.
Important: Your Google Spreadsheet must contain the following supported headers. This is crucial for mapping while importing the details.
  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email

  • Address

  • City

  • Country

  • Phone

  • Cell Phone

Note: Since this is a one-time integration if you need to import more contacts at a later time, you will have to repeat the process. However, when you go to integrate again, you can choose the previous connection or create a new one.

  1. Log in to your Benchmark account
  2. Click on the Create New List link from the Contacts Menu.
  3. Choose the "Import Contacts from a File" option and click Save & Add Contacts
  4. Click the "Click here" link under "Upload Your File"
  5. Choose the Google Docs option from the list of integrations that appear
  6. Click the Connect to Google button
  7. Enter your Google username and password
  8. Click on the Allow Access button
  9. Once inside, click "Import List" and choose the document and worksheet number you want to send to your Benchmark account.
