How do I insert tables into my email campaign?

Inserting tables directly into your email campaign requires knowledge of HTML code, and unless you feel confident in your ability to modify the coding, we do not recommend trying to do this. An alternative way to insert a table is to turn it into an image. This can be done by following these steps:
  1. Open the table with whatever program you used to create it.
  2. Take a screen shot containing the table.
  3. Crop your image using the appropriate image-editing program so that only the table is shown.
  4. Upload the saved image to your Benchmark Email image gallery.
  5. Insert the image into the campaign.
If you feel confident enough to work with the HTML code, you can insert a table this way:

*Note: This is not recommended unless you have previous working knowledge of HTML. Changing the code can severely alter the look of your campaign and may cause undesirable effects. Apply these steps at your own discretion.
  1. On Step 4 of the email builder, click the Edit icon for the section in which you wish to insert the table.
  2. On the left panel, click on or in the toolbar of the block, click on the HTML button.
  3. Follow the instruction on W3schools to insert a table.
