How do I integrate with Eventbrite?

Eventbrite is an online service that allows users to organize, promote and sell tickets to events. Users can also publish their events on their social media platforms.

Follow these steps to integrate with Eventbrite:
  1. Log in to your Benchmark account.

  2. On the Dashboard menu, click on Emails.

  3. Click on the Create New Email button. 

  4. Select Regular Email and click Next. 

  5. Choose the Drag & Drop Editor and click Next. 

  6. Complete step 1 “Details” &  step 2 “ Contact List Selection”.

  7. In Step 3 “Editor” click the Templates option.

  8. Filter for Integrations and select Eventbrite.

  9. Select an Eventbrite Template, 1 Event or Multiple Events.



  10. You will now see a pop up, with your events in Eventbrite. Choose an event and click Select.



  11. You can edit your event template or click Save & Next if you would like to keep the same format.

    Note: The  Eventbrite templates are customizable, much like all of our other templates. However, please do NOT remove/delete the Attend Event button, as this button is linked to your event.


     
  12. You can now schedule the delivery of your email.

You can create and customize your email with our  Eventbrite template to best fit your needs. Schedule to publish your email immediately, set up a specific time or even save them as a draft to go back to it and make the changes needed before going live with your event!

  1. Log in to your Benchmark account. 

  2. On the Dashboard, click on Create Email and select the Regular Email tab.



     
  3. Select the Drag & Drop Editor.

  4. Complete step 1 “Describe Email”.

  5. Complete step 2 “Select Contact List(s)” choose an existing list or create a new list. 

  6. Click the Templates option. 

  7. Filter for Integrations and select Eventbrite.

  8. Select an Eventbrite Template.



     
  9. When prompted, log in to Eventbrite.




    Once you login to Eventbrite and give Benchmark permission to access  your events, you will be back on the Drag & Drop Screen.
     
  10. Select Templates.

  11. Filter for Integrations, and choose Eventbrite.

  12. Now, select the type of template you would like, 1 Event or Multiple.

  13. You will now see a pop up, with your events in Eventbrite.

  14. Choose an event and click Select. 

  15. You can edit your event template or click Save & Next if you would like to keep the same format. 

  16. Now, schedule the delivery of your event.
