How do I resend my email to my Unopens?

Before you resend your email to your unopens, beware that although you're allowing another opportunity for your recipient to read your email, that you're also, now, at higher risk of receiving spam complaints for those who didn't wish to receive it a second time.

However, there are those incidences when they may have "missed" your email or perhaps didn't receive it at all. If that's the case, then we want to make it as easy as possible for you to get it back to them.

Follow the steps below to resend your email to your unopens:

  1. Log in to your Benchmark account.
  2. On the Dashboard menu, click on the Emails tab.
  3. Click on your desired (sent) email name.
  4. Now, click on the Options icon and select Resend Email.

  5. Select Unopens and click Next.
  6. On the Schedule page, choose the Sending Options to resend your email.



  • This option will disappear after using 1 time (limit 1 resend per email)
  • This option is only available 48 hours after the original send

  2. Hover your cursor over the arrow next to Email
  3. Select Emails from the drop-down menu
  4. Click on your desired (sent) email name
  5. Click Resend Email (top right)
  6. Select Unopens
