How do I upgrade from a free trial to a paid account?

You have the ability to upgrade at any time once logged into your Benchmark account. From any page in your account you will have the Upgrade option by clicking on your Username.

Kindly follow the steps below to upgrade:

  1. Click on your Username and select Upgrade. 

  2. In the box provided, enter the number of subscribers you have.

  3. Here you will see the different plans available. Select a plan that best fits your needs. 

  4. Click Continue.

  5. Enter your credit card details for payment and Save, or check the Terms and Conditions box if credit card already exist.


     
  6. For new credit card click Save for existing card select Confirm.

  7. Verify your selections, agree to the Terms & Conditions, and click the Purchase Now! button.

You can upgrade your account to any plan that best fits your needs at any time.

Note: Benchmark also offers PayPal as a payment option. If you choose to pay via PayPal a monthly recurring payment will be scheduled.

Benchmark Email Upgrade

Upgrades can also be made at any time by following these steps:
  1. Hover over the Avatar drop down and select Plan Information.
  2. Click on Change Plan.
  3. Select the email payment plan that best fits your needs.
  4. Click Save & Next.
  5. If needed, enter the credit card details for payment and click Save & Next.
  6. Verify your selections, agree to the Terms & Conditions, and click Submit My Order.
